Lee Pike
Senior Associate
Holman Webb
Lee’s experience has been almost exclusively focused on workplace relations matters, and she has high-level practical knowledge with respect to complex industrial relations matters. Prior to joining Holman Webb, Lee worked within the Not-For-Profit sector at the Registered Clubs Association of NSW (ClubsNSW).  This niche industry experience allows her the opportunity to work closely with the firm’s Not-For-Profit and Social Enterprise, and Business, Corporate and Commercial groups.  
Lee has represented clients throughout Australian courts and tribunals, including the Fair Work Commission, where she has run hearings and successfully appealed decisions, Australian Human Rights Commission, Federal Circuit Court and District Court. Lee assists clients with a wide range of workplace-related matters, including unfair dismissal and general protections claims, general employee disciplinary matters and strategic restructuring/redundancy advice.  Most recently, she has developed a passion for advising employer clients on matters relating to workplace health and safety.



Joanne Alilovic
3D HR Legal 
Jo Alilovic is the Director and founder of 3D HR Legal and author of “Homeforce”.  Jo was an early adopter of the remote first and hybrid workforce, managing her own distributed team for the last 5 years. She also has a strong interest in diversity initiatives and workplace change, and in 2020 she celebrated over 100 episodes and 68,000 downloads of her podcast, “The Juggle”.  
In her business, Jo works with business owners and leaders who want to go from people problems to teams that get results. A key part involves getting clarity on minimum expectations, coaching leaders through difficult conversations, investigating complaints, and conducting engaging and actionable workplace training to facilitate positive cultural change. 


David Dilger 
Edge Legal  
David is a co-founder of Edge Legal. He has particular expertise in industrial relations and safety. David’s advice has a real practical edge to it drawn from experience in various senior executive management roles in the telecommunications, franchising and agriculture industries – even leading one organisation to a National Finalist and Joint State Winner of the Australian Human Resources Institute (AHRI) People Management Awards.  
David fundamentally understands the IR system from an employer perspective, having been the Chief Workplace Relations Officer of a peak Employer Organisation where he delivered training to businesses on behalf of the Federal Government following the introduction of the Fair Work Act. He has been instrumental in enterprise bargaining strategy, particularly in organisations with workforces over 500 people and multiple Unions.


Rod Collinson
Edge Legal
Rod is a co-founder of Edge Legal and has particular expertise in people management issues, industrial disputes and advocacy. Prior to Edge Legal, Rod was the group head of an Employment & Safety Group in a mid-tier firm for 10 years. He also previously worked in a top tier law firm and as a Consultant providing on-site services in the mining industry. This complemented a background in workers compensation law.
